Stylish 2BR 2 Bath Flat 110sqm Holborn - Covent Garden

The pictures are completely accurate about how clean and modern the property is. It’s tucked away in a small residential pocket across a park. So quintessentially London. 2 blocks away are local yummy restaurants and the Main Street is also close by for Sainbridge groceries and anything else you would need. Amazingly located near Holborm station and many bus lines. We also walked everywhere too because of the proximity to iconic areas like Bloomsbury,, Coventry Garden, Leicester, and the bridge to the SouthBank. We became quite knowledgeable on the train and bus lines to just scan your phone and hop on and off. True londoners. Fantastic!

Nothing. Actually this is 2 BR and 2.5 bath apartment. There’s a half bathroom in the hallway so no need to run through a bedroom for a quick potty break. One annoying thing is the booking and check in process. There are so many rules at the apartment and the security deposit is very high. The highest I have ever paid and I travel a lot across the world. This payment is made outside of the booking platform which made me very nervous (communicated directly with the owner and booking.com directly on this to make sure my personal info was safe) but at the end it was fine but just be aware. In other words, this is an apartment for grown folks who know how to act and care for others people’s towels, sheets, floors and furniture. I would never stay here with young kids. I would be too anxious that if a sheet or towel was stained for no fault of their own my deposit would not be returned! Mistakes also happen with adults but less likely. I told my college kids don’t mess up anything! So that was a little annoying and a bit over the top. Other than that the place was perfect and made us comfortable and caused us to dream about buying a place in the building or area. So definitely enjoy.

Second bedroom bed - a little on the small side

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und richtig gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und auch die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und von einem Schlafzimmer ist sehr nett (auf einen kleinen Park), nur die Aussicht aus dem zweiten Schlafzimmer (mit dem kleineren Bett) ist nicht besonders.

Uns hat alles gefallen - wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wichtig zu wissen ist allerdings, dass das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer für zwei Erwachsene sehr eng ist. Für zwei Kinder würde es wohl gehen. Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung - das ist ideal!

A very spacious and clean apartment. Very nicely decorated. Besides the freezing cold outside the apartment was vey warm. And the location is excellent. Finally the communication with Ann also was excellent.

Everything was perfect. The only thing is that we were 5 people and plates were only 4.
