The location of the property

Kindly supervise the cleaning team. The reason I am saying this is that the mops were dirty; I had to buy Domestos and Handy Andy to wash and disinfect them. The couch in the living room also needs to be washed. The chairs in the dining room are not suitable for a holiday home; they are aesthetically pleasing but not sturdy enough for use in a holiday accommodation. I suggest you get good-quality chairs that are built strongly. The shower glass in the main bedroom needs to be reinforced because it leaks water while one is showering, resulting in the need to mop the floor after use. It would also be ideal to add more cupboards in the kitchen so that guests have enough space to store their groceries. Please also take a look at the fridge, as on the day we checked out, the green peppers we left in the fresh storage drawer were frozen, which should not have been the case.

Its was clean and close enjoyed the location.

No proper access to the beach, only onto a rocky area before the beach🙁.

The actual location of the apartment is wonderful and has a great view!

The main air conditioner in the lounge/kitchen/dining area was not working! We were informed on the day of arrival! With thousands of beach units with thousands of air conditioner units I find it hard to believe that not one technician had the spare part to 'repair' the unit!! The apartment sleeps 6 people (we were 5!) and the seating in the lounge area is very minimal and uncomfortable!! A wonderful L shaped sectional suite would go a long way!! There wasn't even a scatter cushion to lean on!! The crockery etc in the kitchen is not put away correctly therefore there is no room to put groceries which is very important in a self catering unit!! A couple of overhead units would go a long way!! The main bedroom has got a very small double bed which is ridiculous for such a large main bedroom!! The actual duvet inner was I think a 3/4 inner as it did not even fit over the bed and the duvet cover was 3 times the size of the inner!! Totally unacceptable!! The main bathroom has the awful setup of a bath with a shower in it!! So outdated and the shower leaked all over the floor every time we showered and we were given ONE bathmat in which we tried to mop up the floor and then try and dry the mat everyday!! I am on holiday not housekeeping!! The veranda is such a large wonderful space and yet so much could be done with it! Put some plants out there and make it feel welcome!! I had to sit looking at the mops and cleaning equipment stuck on the veranda by the air condition unit the whole time I was there!! No care has been taken in this unit!! It has so much potential!!
