Everything was excellent except the emergency bell triggers every hour. It is from the whole building not inside the condo unit. Scares us but all good

The only thing I liked about our stay was the convenient location, as it was easy for us to get around.

This is the first time in all my travel bookings that I encountered this kind of problem during our stay, and unfortunately, it happened on the actual day of our booking. I was disappointed because the condo unit I booked was not the one we actually stayed in. According to the owner, the unit was double-booked, so they transferred us to another condo. What made it more inconvenient was that our group was placed in separate units instead of staying together as originally planned. They even told us that if we did not agree to be transferred to another condo, we should just cancel our booking, without considering that we had already paid through our credit card on Booking.com. If we canceled our booking that day, we would no longer be eligible for a refund since the issue happened on the actual day of our stay. 😔 When we arrived at the condo, our gate pass had not yet been prepared, and they only asked for additional requirements such as IDs and the list of guest names at that time. These should have been requested before our booking date so everything would have been ready by our 2:00 PM check-in time. Unfortunately, we were only able to check in at around 5:00 PM, which affected our itinerary for the day. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this property being listed on Booking.com, as they still seem unprepared to properly manage their bookings and guest arrangements.
