Cozy 4BR Diamond near Airport D'Arches Place

Property is nice and tidy. Very comfortable as all the rooms and the living room got an AC. Perfect for a big group/family as it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Pretty safe location with guards 24/7. Convenient location as there’s a mall nearby and also, heaps of convenience store. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate to.

The quality of the hardware/furniture is quite poor. 1. The ensuite bathroom door broke while I was showering my son. My little boy and I were locked inside as the door knob won’t turn as it should be. I panicked and had to call my husband for help. He had to force the door open so we could get out, and the door knob shattered into pieces. It was very obvious that the knob was extremely low quality. 2. My brother was sitting on a plastic chair outside when it suddenly gave way. He fell onto his bottom and thankfully did not hit his head. The plastic chair obviously shattered into pieces. As we had to be very mindful on sitting on the other chairs, we inspected and noticed some cracks on the other chairs so we couldn’t really sit on them thinking it would give way as what happened to the other.

The hosts were amazing, I was in touch with Mam Leah but Mam Mia was the one who was around during check in and both of them were amazing! so easy to communicate. Our family had a great time!! No issues during our stay.
