We were 3 couples with 1 young adult. We need 3 BRs. But the facility we booked for with 3 BRs was not the actual facility we stayed in. It was too late to cancel and look for another place because we came from a long trip and arrived late around 7pm. We were given another facility where there are 2 BRs only and the other BR is a bunk bed, seriously😳 so the other couple slept in the living room using the matress of the upper deck of the bunk bed. The owner said there are works/repairs to be done on the facility we booked online. So why did she not block that facility online so no one will book🤷‍♀️ The master’s BR toilet bowl is clogged😩 no toilet paper in the washrooms
