The location is great, in a safe, clean environment, few hundred meters from the beach. Mike was very useful and friendly. The apartment seems new or newly refurbished. The apartment had lots of useful things, including pots, pans etc. it was beautifully decorated.
It was a bit tricky to find the residence parking as the entrance is in the back of the complex instead of the gps address. The doors were squeaky and there should be an option to contact Mike from the beginning in another way, other than a Dominican phone number that might not be accessible for tourists. When we met it was ok because we connected through what’s up but initially there wasn’t such an option.
