About this house rental
Modern villa with private pool and non-heated jacuzzi. Set in a peaceful and lush environment, this property offers 4 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, spacious and stylish interiors, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located in a secure gated community with 24/7 security and concierge service, just 200 m from the prestigious Las Ballenas beach and the charming Fishermen’s Village.

All modern comforts are present in a tropical, zen, and welcoming environment.
A bold style with its high ceilings gives the impression of ample space in the main living area of the house.
Life is easily organized on the ground floor, with a beautiful terrace featuring a dining table, an outdoor lounge, a saltwater pool with shower, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
The house has a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, a first bedroom with a king-size bed (200 x 200), and a second bedroom with two single beds (100 x 190).
On the second floor, two more bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (200 x 200), a desk in the corner, a safe, and a bathroom with a double sink.
A safe is available in one of the bedrooms. A laundry room with a 15kg washing machine and outdoor clotheslines in the garden is at your disposal.
The villa is equipped with an inverter to mitigate the occasional power outages in the village due to regular grid maintenance.
Large sliding doors open the entire villa, offering direct view and access to the pool and always giving the feeling of living outdoors.
The private pool features a shallow area for children to enjoy the water under parental supervision, or for adults to sit and enjoy a cocktail. The jacuzzi is not heated.
The villa offers spacious areas that promote relaxation. The color harmonies are perfectly balanced, with no discordant tones. A relaxed holiday atmosphere. All surrounded by a lush tropical garden, with an electric gate and private parking on the property. Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet installed.
For your information:
Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.
For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.
Additional conditions,
- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.
- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
The use of firecrackers, fireworks, and sparklers is strictly prohibited on the property and in its surroundings.
It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

The villa is beautiful. We were met upon arrival by the property manager and given a tour. We enjoyed the accommodations. The distance to the beach was good/ just a short walk. Oddly, there weren’t any paper towels (anywhere) or napkins in the kitchen. We had to pick those up. Upon checkout, there was an issue with 2 hand towels that had makeup on them, and they charged me for that. I did not pay the charge, bleach would have cleaned the 2 towels. The night before our departure, my daughter saw what appeared to be bed bugs. We told the property manager upon checkout and it was brushed off. I was upset because my daughter had to sleep on the couch and bag all of her clothes up in plastic. When she got home, she had to wash everything. I reached out to VRBO immediately and they supposedly opened an investigation. I provided the picture and video. I am disappointed that I wasn’t contacted by the property manager or owner with an apology and a resolution to the issue. None of the mattresses had cases. I also have a video of the bed bugs. This is unfortunate, otherwise it was a great villa.

The house was beautiful, the location was perfect and the staff that checked us in and out were helpful and kind. Only cons were that the electric bill was kind of high and the cost is not based on the current exchange rate. The hot tub isn’t hot, so it’s running and you’re paying the electric but who wants to get in a cold tub? Also, the linens, towels and pillows could stand to be replaced. Still things things would not deter me from going back, just helpful to be aware of these things beforehand.

Our family of two parents in their late seventies and 3 adult children and their spouses spent a week at your lovely home in January, 2024. We found this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Las Terranes very comfortable, well furnished, clean and convenient to activities. The home was perfect for our family gathering. It would have been helpful to have a notebook that held pertinent information

The house was pretty and clean, but it wasn't well-prepared to handle power outages. We were without power for 2 of the 3 nights, and had to sleep with just a fan as the A/C was unavailable multiple times. The owner charged us $80 in cash for power that was unavailable. Access to the villa by car is quite complicated due to the narrow road. Additionally, the gate doesn't work well and requires a lot of force to open. We requested a late check-out at 11 a.m. on Sunday, but the owner did not approve it.
