Villa molto carina, su due livelli e spazi molto confortevoli. Peccato non aver potuto stare più giorni. Checkin e checkout senza problemi e comunicazione ottima.

Hot ass living room

The location is nice, very close to las ballenas beach. Villa is beautiful, kitchen has all the necessary utilities

We went for 4 nights. 3 of them we spent without hot water and without AC in one of the bedrooms. The staff person was terribly rude. Were promising that technician Will come, we had to stay in the villa waiting for him, and in the end no one come, no one replied to our messages. Absolutely unacceptable service. We did go to Las Terrenas many times but never had service like that. Pillows in the bedrooms are very uncomfortable, they are huge. And beds have only bedsheets, no blankets, or any bed cover. The bathroom has nothing, no shower gel, no shampoo, one small piece of soap.
