The apartment was very well located with all the sites and many restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The shower was great and the appliances were all great in the kitchen. AC was spot on. The manager was very easy to reach on What’sApp and answered all our questions timely and thoroughly.
A couple things in regard to housekeeping need attention: 1) broken glasses in the cabinet and a used tissue by the bed were not removed by the cleaning staff. This gave us the ‘ick’. Also for a two person apartment, a smaller dining and coffee table would provide more room to move around. Finally, the bed needs new pillows; they were flat and hard.

This is a lovely apartment that was very clean, comfortable, and really well located. It was also quiet and a great base for exploring Aix-en-Provence. We would stay here again.
The instructions for finding the right apartment were a bit confusing and the information provided in the guide could be expanded and more thorough. Otherwise, we had a very good experience.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, es muy confortable y está muy bien equipado. Además está decorado con muchísimo gusto. Ha sido una estancia súper agradable. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.
Solo hay que tener en cuenta que, como muchos apartamentos en Aix, las escaleras son muy estrechas y por lo tanto no son cómodas si hay que subir maletas pesadas o se tiene problemas de movilidad.
Hubo una pequeña confusión para poder recoger las llaves y entrar en casa porque no vi el sms. Quizás las instrucciones se podrían enviar a través del chat de booking.

L’intérieur du logement est sympathique
Le matelas est à changer et la largeur du lit trop petite pour deux
L’accès au logement est difficile avec une valise que ce soit dans l’escalier ou pour passer les différentes portes qui ne s’ouvrent pas entièrement
Dommage que nous n’ayons pas été reçu par l’hôte ce qui ne nous a pas permis de lui dire de vive voix
