Die Gastgeberin ist offen und sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen, es fehlte an nichts. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Sana is an incredibly kind and attentive host. Both the room and bathroom were comfortable and came with every amenity we could possibly need. Though we initially thought the location was a bit far, we quickly realized it’s a wonderful, homey neighborhood with excellent transit connections and a beautiful park close by.

The house is beautiful. The Host is lovely and very helpful. The room is neat, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The private bathroom is clean and perfect. The house is close to different train stations in walking distance. I 100% recommend this place.

EVERYTHING😊.Sana shows kindness & consideration beyond the typical host, in various ways. For just one example, she made me a fresh lemon-ginger-honey juice when I felt unwell; she also did special things to acknowledge my birthday!. The private full sized bedroom has plenty of space , a large smart TV and a nice view of the courtyard that she shares with neighbors. The guest’ private bathroom with tub and shower and all the amenities is on the same floor as the guest bedroom, and a hot bath or shower is always an easy do (she’s got a tankless water heater!) Essentially, the guest has the entire floor to her/himself. The guest also has use of the common areas, such as the kitchen, with dedicated space for dry goods and refrigerated goods. This is my second stay in Paris, both times in the commune of Nogent-Sur-Marne, but in two different neighborhoods. By far this stay was more enjoyable and more convenient. I prefer to take the commuter trains (RER) into Paris, and the central location of Sana’s home gives the option of taking one line or the other, depending upon your destination! considering all factors, I highly recommend this “Cozy Home”! 🏡
