A good option for families - just pay attention to the loft bedroom access via ladders.
This was a good option for a family wanting to be in an affordable location near Disney and a 15 minute walk to the RER (or a shorter bus ride to the RER). Everything was very clean, laundry and dishwasher were very good. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable enough and the shower worked well. It's also a quiet building. Also across the street from a Franprix grocery and has a boulangerie nearby. The key and codes all worked well and it felt secure.
We needed a few more cooking implements to cook properly so we only cooked a little. The loft beds that require climbing ladders to get to weren't all that comfortable but we know space is at a premium. Minor quibbles only.

beau logement et bien localisé pour nos courses et déplacement, parcs pas trop loin
remplacer les deux lits aux étages , disposé sur des palettes (ultra dur) mes garçons ont eu mal au dos. Des sommiers à lattes aurait été un bon choix.... Dommage

équipement au top, hôtes très réactifs et adorables déco très soigné appartement très propre
le chauffage ne fonctionait pas à notre arrivée et l'appartement a mis du temps à se réchauffer car il faisait vraiment très froid cette nuit là les 3 étages sana ascenseur, pas très pratique avec des enfants en bas age

Genial apartamento, lamentable acceso
Las instalaciones del apartamento son muy buenas, sitio suficiente para 6-7 personas, con el único inconveniente de tener un baño
El acceso al apartamento es muy mejorable: ¡cuidado para personas mayores y niños pequeños! Nos tocó el tercer piso (¡sin ascensor!) con una escalera de caracol muy peligrosa para personas mayores y niños, no lo habríamos reservado si lo hubiéramos sabido.
