This is a nicely decorated and modern apartment on the top floor of an apartment building of rentals. It’s cosy and had a well-appointed kitchen. Good for small families due to having 2 separate bedrooms. Within a 15 minute walk to the RER trains, cafes, and bakeries. 30 minute drive to Disney.

There was only one a/c unit for the entire apartment, and it was located in the family room (not the bedrooms). In the summer, it is not adequate to cool the entire apartment. Due to the heatwave, we had to request that another a/c unit be added, which was also placed in the living room. We eventually moved to a hotel with adequate a/c because we couldn’t sleep well. The two loft areas were unbearably hot and not adequate for adults due to the very thin mattresses and no lighting/lamps. The ladders going up to the two lofts are also steep and not safe for young children.

Las instalaciones del apartamento son muy buenas, sitio suficiente para 6-7 personas, con el único inconveniente de tener un baño

El acceso al apartamento es muy mejorable: ¡cuidado para personas mayores y niños pequeños! Nos tocó el tercer piso (¡sin ascensor!) con una escalera de caracol muy peligrosa para personas mayores y niños, no lo habríamos reservado si lo hubiéramos sabido.
