The 67m2 renovated apartment in 2015 is located in Nogent sur Marne; its location is ideal if you like ballads, because in 5 minutes on foot, you can enjoy the banks of the Marne, with its taverns and dancing evenings, testing rowing and canoeing. You will love the proximity of the Bois de Vincennes, that of the floral park, the Vincennes zoo, picnics by the lakes, and bycicle rides. The city center and its amenities, as well as a wonderful market held on the square 3 times a week, can be reached in 5 minutes from the residence!
In addition, the proximity of the RER A allows you to find yourself in 10 minutes in the center of Paris! You will be able to enjoy the capital, its shops, museums, cinemas, theaters, the Euro event, and enjoy the ease offered by the location of the apartment!
Note that we make available and upon request, our two parking spaces, in the basement, in the secure building.
The apartment, located on the 7th floor with elevator, has a large entrance with utility room, (hangers, storage, washing machine); a first door opens to the living room, to the right, a second to the kitchen; to the left, a corridor leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The very spacious living room allows you to relax in a Zen and "feng shui" atmosphere; the sofa bed allows a very comfortable extra bed. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and all the utensils necessary for cooking, is very spacious, with its worktop, table and chairs.
It opens onto the office (wifi, books available, sony system), facing the large window, and our huge green plant, which is part of the family!
The bathroom also refurbished, with its glass door shower and toilet judiciously separated by an open partition, is very practical, and easy to use by young and old.
By continuing the visit by the corridor which leads to the rooms, you will have at your disposal a large closet-dressing room to store your personal belongings, as well as a "bonnetière" in one of the rooms; the smallest can accommodate one or two people, and has two mattresses to open, the second has a double bed and a magnificent view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Calm assured !!
