The place is quite large and also very clean.

It is a small standalone cooling unit rather than a built-in air conditioner. The unit sits on the floor indoors and blows cool air into the room. Since the exhaust hose runs outside, the doorway cannot be completely sealed. A temporary door panel is used to accommodate the hose, but there are large gaps around it that allow outside air to enter and conditioned air to escape. Consequently, the unit operates very inefficiently and provides poor cooling. The bedroom windows on the second floor are positioned very high. We found that both windows had been left open, and there was no long pole or other tool available in the room to close them. The only way to reach them was to carry a chair from the first floor to the second floor and place it on the soft spring mattress, then stand on it to close the windows, which was extremely dangerous. With the windows left open and the outdoor temperature reaching 27°C (about 81°F) in the afternoon, the room became unbearably hot and it was impossible to rest comfortably. Although it is located within the park, it requires going up and down the mountain road, which is extremely inconvenient.

Its quiet location in a residential neighborhood and only 20 minutes from the Yosemite Valley; its confort and cleanliness. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

It is one of few properties that are inside Yosemite so it is located very nicely

the whole property feels unstable. You need to pay for washing machine (not written on the property's page). It is not a private property, it's like a hotel... a very shaky one...
