Todo, perfecta la ubicación, decoración moderna, ambiente limpio y agradable. Tiene todos los elementos necesarios tanto en la cocina como en los baños y dormitorios.

Very spacious, there was heating! Unusually for Tenerife and we certainly needed it in the first week. Kitchen well enough equipped to cook proper meals, constant hot water etc. And of course the view! We really enjoyed meeting the friendly neighbours in the lift. There was no neighbour noise at all. Very convenient for tram and wonderful park. In general, very quiet for a city centre, but see below.
It was colder than usual at night the first week. We didn’t need to ask for bedding because we just put an extra duvet from the spare room on top but if you had a full house you might need an extra cover in winter. Also we don’t like to go to bed late as we exercise in the morning, and sometimes the bin men make a lot of noise very late. I needed ear plugs but my partner is deaf and a heavier sleeper and was fine. This is not a complaint about the property but just a handy hint for light sleepers!
