The care. As soon as we stepped in, we were welcomed by a strong sense of care. Everything one could need was carefully provided for. Almudena got in touch with us via WhatsApp and made sure that we could get into the apartment without problems.
The apartment is located at about 15-20 min walk from the cathedral and the Alcazar, but still in a very lively area with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We stayed there for 3 nights for the Semana Santa, but could have well stayed for much longer as the apartment is very comfortable for a couple.
Just for a laugh, the couple upstairs had some fun in the middle of one night, so we could hear their bed squeak and could hear her from the courtyard (we had a window open). So I guess the comment is more for the apartment upstairs which bad needs tightening the bolts.

Locatie was prima. Alles op 15-20 min loopafstand. Studio was voorzien van alle benodigdheden voor een korte verblijf en was schoon. De verhuurder nam eerder contact met ons op en gaf instructies met foto's hoe we de sleutels konden verkrijgen. De bereikbaarheid van verhuurder was ook fijn. Ze reageerde binnen enkele minuten op onze berichten.
We hebben niemand direct gezien. Alles ging via de app. Dat voelt toch stukje onpersoonlijk.
