L’emplacement est parfait et permet de s’imprégner facilement et à pieds du cœur de Séville

Pas grand chose à signaler…peut être le claquement de la porte d’accès à l’immeuble qui jouxte l’appartement au petit matin. Rien de bien grave nous nous levions tôt également.

What to say about this magical place. If I could I wouldl stay there for a month but unfortunately the job awaits. Anyhow the place is so so nice. Location wise but most of all it was so clean that I can use term from TV show friends "not just clean, Monica clean". It was just what we have been looking for. Apartment in a good area that is not too noisy. We looked for a location where we can rest a little bit and this is what we got. Probably going to book it again upon my return to Sevilla one day. A minor inconvenience was the bathroom because the window of the shower looks onto the neighborhood so my advice to the owner is just to put some protection on the window so nobody looks at you while taking a shower.

Falta mobiliario (armario para poder poner la ropa y alguna mesa en el saloncito

Aspetto positivo la posizione. Centro a 5 minuti. Grandezza della struttura soddisfacente.pulizia alloggio buona.

Iniziamo dal portone del palazzo. La camera si trova proprio a 2 metri dal portone palazzo. Porta difettosa e per aprirla i condomini e noi compresi dovevamo stare a dare spinte e spallate. Casino infernale e la camera si trova proprio lì. Quindi la sveglia suona alle 6 max 6.30 per questa antipaticissima anomalia. Manca un armadio in camera. Manca una tenda nella doccia. Se sei nudo ti potrebbero vedere dalle finestre interne del palazzo ai piani superiori. Manca uno scolapiatti. Ti fai un piatto di pasta e scoli bruciandoti le mani. Piccola nota a margine. Arrivo e non aprendosi portone con il codice restiamo sotto una grandinata. Chiamiamo il numero della struttura e parlano solo spagnolo. Italiano ? No. Inglese No. La fortuna è che dopo qualche minuto è arrivato un inquilino che apriva la porta a spallate ed abbiamo capito che potevamo stare pure 3 giorni lì fuori, non saremmo mai entrati. Bella Siviglia ma consiglierei altra struttura se non rimediamo alle mancanze. Quella del portone è veramente grave e fastidiosa.
