Największą zaletą hotelu jest jego usytuowanie. W ciągu 10 minut n nogach możemy dotrzeć do Domu Piłata albo Casa Lebrija. Koło 25 min zajmie nam dotarcie do najważniejszych atrakcji Sewilli jak Katedra, Alcazar czy Archiwum Indii, które są tuż obok siebie. Spacer do Plaza de Espana i Parlu Marii Luizy zajmie nam około 25 min. Po drodze, która wiedzie głownie przez ulicę Mendez Pelayo, spotkamy bardzo wiele barów z pysznymi tapas i gdzie można obejrzeć mecze piłki nożnej. Z hotelu bardzo blisko jest też do Setas oraz do stacji kolejowej Santa Justa a także stadionu Sevilla FC Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. W pobliżu hotelu jest też kilka barów i restauracji. Sam hotel jest czysty, ma pełne wyposażenie (pralka, lodówka, duże wygodne łóżko, dwie kanapy, stół). W łazience czysto, dostałem komplet ręczników. Jest klimatyzacja.
1. Nad drzwiami wejściowymi jest widoczny grzyb. 2. W telewizji większość kanałów nie działa ( senal debil). 3. Kabina prysznicowa nie ma osłony i dlatego woda rozlewa się na łazienkę.

Cercanía del centro, buena ubicación.
Apartamentos aparentemente ser antiguamente un local comercial, ventanas a la altura de las aceras, muchos ruidos para descansar.
