The location was amazing, and the view from the top apartment was breathtaking. Only a quick drive or walk away from the town centre. Everything was very clean and both appartments were stocked with all the appliances you could need for a stay. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample space for four adults. There were also some lovely decorative touches (we especially enjoyed the pandas).
Unfortunately, we had a problem with the hot water in the downstairs appartment and an unplesant smell from behind a locked door in the top apartment. The host stated that a maintenace team would be sent, but neither issue was rectified during our stay. If we only had the one apartment, this would have more greatly impacted our stay and review. It is understandable that maintenance can not come on a weekend. However, what was more disappointing was being told maintenance would come on a weekday but they never did. We tried communicating further regarding this issue but got no reply. This situation was unfortunate as we otherwise had a lovely stay.
