The property is very modern and is located in the best part of Merimbula, close enough to walk to the town and to the beach. It has big windows and you feel so connected with the outdoors. Lots of bathrooms for everyone. The bedroom on the ground level is almost self contained, my parents in law were able to go down stairs and relax, away from us.

Beautiful style of property for our family, great location to beaches but away from the main hustle and bustle. Great outlook and plenty of family room in living areas.

Bedroom of the main living areas really requires its own air-con as was very hot, especially in the afternoons.

No BBQ cooking or cleaning utensils 4 towels supplied for the 8 guests booked Condom wrapper found by the children in their bedroom.

Location was great and property was spacious. Staff were easy to deal with.

The way the previous guest left the supplies (which were meant to be replaced) was pretty ordinary. Adding water to dishwashing liquid is not a replacement. nor is leaving 2 sugar stick with tea/coffee supplies. I purchased added stock (sugar stuck, dishwasher tablets, chux and sponge/scourer couple spare toilet rolls) as I felt this was necessary for the amount of days we stayed but only fair for the next guest. Also, whether it be the cleaners or previous guest but the vacuum was full of dust and had a face mask stuck in it. Seriously, put it in the bin, don’t vacuum it! 🙄 We also had to rewatch some of the dishes before use and while the cleaners had been prior to our arrival, the floor was still pretty dirty which wasn’t great with little ones crawling around.
