Quiet location and the house is super cozy. Comfy beds and pillows. Admittedly, we didn't spend much time at the house, but it was perfect for what we needed. A clean, comfortable place to sleep near the horse show.

The house was beautiful, very clean and thoughtfully decorated.
Only minor thing is that i would have liked a fan upstairs for sleeping as the room was a little stuffy and I just love the noise/air circulation but everything else was perfect
