Welcome to our delightful 1-bedroom house, nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Elizaville, NY. This charming home offers a peaceful escape with all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

- Living Room: Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace in the inviting living room. TV has Netflix and Hulu for streaming.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with all cooking essentials and spices, perfect for preparing your favorite meals.
- Dining Room: Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea from our stocked coffee and tea station.
- Sun Room: This versatile space includes a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two, a cute dinette table ideal for morning coffee or as a workspace, and an optional camping cot for extra sleeping arrangements. Excellent natural sun light and spacious enough for some yoga.
- Bathroom: Walk in shower with soap dispensers and some vanity cabinet essentials. Please note, the bathroom is compact with a small shower space. While it’s a tight fit, it works well for most guests, though larger individuals may find it a bit snug.
- Outdoor Area: Relax in the decent-sized yard with a fire pit, or enjoy a barbecue on the deck with our grill. While the house is close to neighboring homes, it maintains a sense of privacy and tranquility.

This cozy, beautifully decorated and organized cottage had everything I needed for my short term rental with my dog Sophie. It was spotless, probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve seen, and provided a comfortable stay with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi TV and AC. The cottage is close to other homes, but it’s a peaceful and quiet area. The few neighbors I encountered were very friendly. I would definitely return to this lovely home.
