Great kitchen and plenty of seating space of those staying.
Excellent facilities with great to have 2 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms.
The garden was a lovely addition in the great weather and location great as a short walk into Canterbury centre.
Shower curtain in downstairs bathroom.
Could consider glass screen.
Also during warm weather, use of fans would be helpful.
A coffee machine would also be a great addition.
Consider changing mattress in downstairs bedroom and also a locking mechanism on sliding doors to downstairs bedroom would increase privacy.

Beautifully kept with everything anyone could want. Spacious, organised & well equipped providing a relaxed environment. Excellent location on the edge of the University with parkland, trees, paths & facilities. At the same time only a short walk from the city centre.
