Gingerbread Cottage

This beautiful home had everything we needed to enjoy our time living there. The location is great - just a 10 mins walk to town and the road is quiet. Parking was very good too. Huge thanks to Barbra for everything, as she is an amazing host and the best baker I know ! 🍰 the decor of the home is great and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need.

This was one of the most exceptional places I have stayed. I was here with my parents who are visiting from Australia and we had a wonderful time. Every little detail was lovely - from delicious cake upon arrival, to Easter eggs around the house and a lovely bottle of wine. The decor is beautiful and has clearly been very carefully selected. The little garden and fairy lights as well all added to the charm. A stunning home- we felt very welcome and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Super comfortable and well equipped.

Everything about Gingerbread Cottage was immaculate. Superbly fitted out, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean. We were surprised (& delighted) to find we had been left a wonderful welcome pack, delicious brownies, bottle of wine, crisps, milk etc. The location is ideal, a very quiet street with good footpath access to the city and easy walking to shops and cafes in St Dunstans. Altogether would highly recommend.
