The three owners were very pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and prepared just for us! The view was stunning. We could overlook so much of Siegen from our window! With the code to get into the building, I felt very safe.
We wish we’d known that there was no lift, as we had three pieces of heavy luggage after just having gotten off a three week cruise. One of the owners graciously offered to get them up the three floors, but there was no one around when we left. There were times when no personnel was around - and when I blew a fuse, I wasn’t able to reach anyone but I did leave a note and was happy to find electricity had been restored by the time we returned from our day of sightseeing. There was not any service to make beds, empty garbage cans, etc. That’s okay - just wish we’d known ahead of time.

Sehr schönes Zimmer leider ohne Talblick-wurde allerdings auch nicht gebucht.
Türöffnung mit Codes war unkompliziert allerdings kein persönlicher Kontakt, das war befremdlich. Netter Mailkotakt mit Mitarbeitenden
Nicht so sauber.
Frühstück wird von Booking angekündigt, gab es aber nicht am Wochenende.

Komfortabel ist die Lage zur Autobahn. Ansonsten habe ich von der Umgebung wenig gesehen, da wir spätabends ankamen. Auch die Kommunikation war zufriedenstellend.
Trotz der raschen und freundlichen Kommunikation gab es die zugesagte Erstattung für das ausgefallene Frühstück- auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen- nicht zurück.
