The staff are so kind and the room is clean and tidy.
A bit hard to find, cause the property is hidden in a small alley.

Great value and quiet. Host was friendly and quickly resolved any issues. Air conditioning worked fine.
Stairs. 3 flights of stairs to get to room, bathroom is across the hallway, separate from room. Would have preferred a more personal touch as it is called a homestay. Only saw the host once.

Great Old Quarter location. Basic but good facilities. Clean and had a comfy bed.
Photos made it look nicer than it was but we are used to this in Vietnam!
