Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man hat einen kleinen eigenen Garten mit Blick aufs Meer, einen großen Pool in der Anlage und eine eigene kleine Bucht.
Es gab keine Spülmaschine obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand. Die Dunstabzugshaube ist an einer Seite defekt und fällt raus. Die Klotüre ist eine Schiebetüre und defekt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (Stockbett) ist sehr klein. Man kann nicht in die Stadt laufen und braucht ein Auto (wussten wir zwar, ist aber trotzdem schade, da der Weg am Ufer noch nicht fertig/freigegen ist)
