About this house rental
Located in Andora (SV), the holiday home Villaggio Colombo V5 is a stone villa with a veranda and garden. This 42 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, and satellite TV. A ping pong table is also available. Upon request and for an extra fee, a high chair and a cot are available. The building also offers a coin-operated washing machine and a reception open during office hours.
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, which includes a garden, a covered terrace, a playground, and an outdoor shower. There is also a shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool with umbrellas (open from mid-May to mid-September), a children's pool, a playground, and a tennis court.
The property is about 1.9 km from the sea, on a beautiful hill above Andora, in a 25,000 m² area surrounded by olive trees and mimosas. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. Access to the motorway is available about 150-400 meters from the property.

Pros: - Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, welche zu Rezeptions-Zeiten jederzeit bei einem Anliegen verfügbar waren
- Zuvorkommender E-Mail-Kontakt, wir erhielten jeweils sehr schnell eine Antwort
- Check-In war nach Anfrage ein paar Stunden früher möglich, unser Bungalow war schon bereit
- Gute Infos vor Ort (z.B. Preisliste, Infos zu Abfall-Trennung, Ausflugs-Möglichkeiten)
- Gute Grösse des Apartments mit vielen Stauraum-Möglichkeiten! Pragmatische, aber genügende Ausrüstung an Geschirr (für 3 Personen). Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd
- Gefplegte Anlage, schöner Pool mit Liegestühlen, Pool-Bar, und sogar einer Bade-Aufsichts-Person. Tennisplatz, Grill zur Benützung, etc., wie in der Beschreibung ersichtlich
- Möglichkeit zum Rückzug in der eigenen Unterkunft mit Veranda und Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Besen vorhanden & Kleiderständer
- Frühere Abreise aus privaten Gründen, Beitrag als Rückerstattung von der Unterkunft erhalten!

Cons: - Als wir ankamen, war der Boden in der Unterkunft eher sandig/staubig, und wir mussten gleich mal kurz wischen.
- Da die Unterkunft sehr pragmatisch eingerichtet ist, mussten wir einige (kleinere) Sachen zusätzlich besorgen, selber mitnehmen, oder vor Ort mieten: z.B. Putzlappen, Handtücher, Seife, Abwasch-Schwamm, Gewürze, WC-Papier, Haartrockner, etc.
- Viele Zusatzkosten, z.B. für Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön, Ventilator (es hat keine Klima-Anlage im Apartment), Safe, oder sonstiges. Die Preise sind jedoch gut bei der Rezeption und in der Unterkunft auf einer Liste ersichtlich.
- Leider sind die Pool-Öffnungszeiten ein bisschen kurz (ca. 10:00 - 18:00 Uhr)
- An einem Abend war in der Nähe ein Festival o.Ä. Das war recht laut. Ansonsten war es ruhig (ausser wenn jemand draussen beim Pool oder so laut war). Auch die Geräusche der näher gelegenen Strasse haben uns nicht gestört.
