Everything was convenient. Groceries can be acquired with just a short walk from the building.

The property needs to be more accurate on the address. Booking.com address for property is different. I would have never found out if I didn’t google the property a week before check in because I got an email stating that I never prepaid which I already did 3 months in advance. The property has 3 independent towers with their own front desk. I was never informed which tower I was staying in and when I tried to check in the first tower(not knowing there were 2 more in the back) they told me I did not have any reservation. That would make a person mad especially when it is already prepaid. Property needs to be more specific and informative to their future guests.

We had a minor issue with the booking initially, but it was resolved promptly. Shey, my point of contact, and Rain, the unit owner, were both incredibly approachable and attentive to our requests. The room was very spacious, and the condo’s facilities were excellent—I especially loved the pool and sauna. Our family had a wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

日本人にとっては場所がいい。 周囲には安くておいしい日本食屋さんがたくさんある。 最近では犯罪率があがっているエリア マカティだけど、敷地内外のセキュリティはガチガチに万全だし、同じ建物内にセブンイレブンや和食屋「剣心」もあるので安心だった。（エントランスから一度は外に出る必要があるけど屋根続きで行けるし銃を持った警備員のおっちゃんたちも優しく警護してくれた） 6Fにあるプール広くて気持ちいい。 コンドミニアムのスタッフも丁寧で優しいし、ホストも一生懸命にサポートしてくれた。ありがとう！

部屋は居住エリア最上階の46階にあったけど、深夜になると下水管を通して地下の下水臭があがってきた。バスルームを閉めるとベッドルームには臭いはこないけど、トイレに行く都度、すごく臭くて困った。 20泊中4日間はWi-Fiがなかった。ホストに連絡すると緊急用のSIMルーターを設置してくれたけど、46階という高層階のためシグナルは弱かった。空港でsmartの5G無制限SIMをiPhoneに挿してたけど、これも高層階にため速度は遅い。YouTubeを観る分には問題なかったけど、アップロードはできず、徒歩15分のコーワーキングオフィスに行って有料で仕事をする必要があった。ノマドの中期滞在にはやや厳しそう。
