    Location is good, you have a convenence store nextdoor, multiple sari-sari store in the area as well as local bakeshops, carinderia & coffee shop. A few blocks away located is the 7eleven, pharmacies & various fastfood chain. The hotel is also near a small church. There are snacks & refreshments by the front desk. I got free breakfast, you pick your choice & there was also a spread of coffee, water, iced tea & pandesal. Breakfast is located at the rooftop which is shaded so no sunburn & doubles as your tambayan for the evening. Room is quite big, aircon is cold, tv has netflix & overall the room was clean. Lastly, staff was awesome & accommodating. You can't go wrong with staying in this hotel. Sidenote, if you are a light sleeper keep in mind that its near a busy road & train tracks tho I didn't mind

    ok ang hotel. ok ang room. ok ang staff. mabait, maasikaso, magalang. yung place accessible. problem lang is medyo maingay sa gabi since katabi ang major roads. madami dumadaan lalo na mga truck. dinig na dinig mo pati mga busina. nsgprovide naman ng ear plugs.

    The hotel was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful, but the location is not ideal for walking. The room was clean and tidy, but the wifi was terrible and I had to go to the reception area to check messages. Also, there are no lifts, only a lot of stairs, so don't stay there if long flights of stairs challenge you.
