    Would be nice if there's available parking. Also, hair dryer and ref in the room would be a big plus. Staff are very accommodating and courteous.

    As I just needed to layover for the night, I got this place because it's the cheapest available but regretted it 100%. First and foremost its located at a very secluded spot and the hotel entrance is at a very dim back alley. Absolutely unsafe especially at night to even attempt to walk out to buy food and need to walk quite a distance to get food. The staff advised to order on grab food. No clear signs to the hotel entrance and only managed to find the entrance after asking around. And no one manning the reception until the guy supposedly the security staff went to look for the staff. Had to place a p1500 cash deposit at registration and returned at checkout. Generally areas are clean but inside the room, nymph roaches can be seen inside the bathroom and on the floor in the room. Due to the location at the small alleys, there are frequent and constant barking from street dogs throughout the night till the wee hours of the morning.

    The staff are accommodating, but the sink and bathroom drain are clogged. The location is a bit far from the go-to destinations in Metro Manila, but carinderias, convenience stores, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
