Minnow Mansion is the epitome of an Old Seagrove Beach cottage and offers all of the modern-day amenities you expect when staying beachfront.  This vacation rental home features rare, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, newly designed tower, and sitting space on the Dunes.  Enjoy true relaxation for you and 8 friends and family members.  This home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (carriage house included in bedroom count). 

Surrounded by mature trees and the salty breeze, Minnow Mansion provides all one needs when visiting Seagrove Beach, FL 30A.  The main house features beautiful windows with picturesque views of the Dunes and emerald toned water from the kitchen, living room, and modern kitchen table.  The main house offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The first bedroom has two twin single beds and a full size bed and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and shared access to the hall bathroom which has a walk-in shower. The carriage house offers those a bit more privacy with a king size bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower.  The garage is not for guest usage.  

The newly designed tower provides covered seating and unbelievable views of the Dunes and Gulf of Mexico.  This is the perfect spot to enjoy a good book or indulge in an afternoon nap.  If heights are not your thing, there is plenty of covered seating on the porch.  Additionally, there is a beach deck with seating and chaise lounge chairs for the whole family to enjoy each other’s company.  Take a step back from the day-to-day and unwind at this Old Seagrove Beach cottage, Minnow Mansion on 30A.
