About this house rental
Seaside Retreat is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front home in Seagrove Beach for up to 10 guests, with a private pool, Gulf views and a private boardwalk and stairs down to the beach. The village of Seaside is less than a mile away.
The single-level home opens into a bright living, dining and kitchen area with Gulf views. The kitchen has white cabinetry, white appliances including a gas range, and a quartz island with seating for four, and the round dining table seats eight.
The enclosed patio is a favorite spot to take in the view, with a swing bed and rocking chairs looking out over the pool and the Gulf.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, a dressing table and a mounted TV, and its bathroom has marble tile, a vessel sink and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a sofa and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom has two queen beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Out back, the private pool is surrounded by stone pavers, lounge chairs and a covered lounge area, and a private boardwalk leads to the stairs down to the beach. Two beach setups are included during the season.

Seaside Retreat sits on Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, and the shops and restaurants of Seaside are less than a mile away.

We had a great stay. The house isn't big but worked fine for our family of five (three teens). It's priced similar to the surrounding mansions; the value is in the location and the perfect beach directly below the back patio. We easily walked into Seaside and the other neighborhoods. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to the management company: it's nice when everything just works. The bike tires had proper air, the grill had two portable propane tanks that were filled, the kitchen had all the right utensils, etc. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd year staying in the property! It was as expected! Clean, all amenities available, extra supplies. We love this house for our family vacation! Highly recommend!
No problems with beach access and beach set ups.

Our whole experience with Coastal Dreamin was very positive. Staff was very helpful, polite and accommodating and the property was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The house was perfect in every way! Immaculately clean upon arrival. Every amenity!
Pool and outdoor area were great and the view spectacular.
Beach chair service was wonderful to have!
This is a perfect house for beach vacay!
