Comfortably accommodating 10 guests, "Seaside Retreat" is a haven of serenity and relaxation.
The main living areas of "Seaside Retreat" feature an open floor plan that beautifully showcases the breathtaking gulf views. The kitchen seamlessly blends with the living area, offering a spacious quartz-topped island with seating for four and panoramic views of the gulf. Crisp white cabinets complement the luxe white appliances, which include a large refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, the circular dining table comfortably seats eight. A favorite spot to savor the magnificent views is the enclosed patio, adorned with a swinging bed and rocking chairs, providing the epitome of laid-back beachfront luxury.
The master suite is the first of three bedrooms, boasting a king-size bed, dressing table, armchair, and a mounted HDTV. The ensuite bathroom is adorned with Carrera marble tiles and features a custom bowl sink and a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom is appointed with two queen-size beds, a cozy sofa, and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower, bowl sink vanity, and classic subway tiles. The final bedroom also offers two queen-size beds nestled in chic navy-blue frames. Its ensuite bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.
Stepping onto the back patio of "Seaside Retreat," you'll be greeted by a sparkling blue pool surrounded by elegant stone pavers and inviting lounge chairs. A convenient and completely private wooden stairway leads directly down to the sugar white sand and the pristine beach you came to enjoy. For a delightful family dinner or an afternoon of shopping, the picturesque village of Seaside is less than a mile away.

We had a great stay. The house isn't big but worked fine for our family of five (three teens). It's priced similar to the surrounding mansions; the value is in the location and the perfect beach directly below the back patio. We easily walked into Seaside and the other neighborhoods. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to the management company: it's nice when everything just works. The bike tires had proper air, the grill had two portable propane tanks that were filled, the kitchen had all the right utensils, etc. Highly recommended.

This was our 2nd year staying in the property! It was as expected! Clean, all amenities available, extra supplies. We love this house for our family vacation! Highly recommend!
No problems with beach access and beach set ups.

Our whole experience with Coastal Dreamin was very positive. Staff was very helpful, polite and accommodating and the property was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The house was perfect in every way! Immaculately clean upon arrival. Every amenity!
Pool and outdoor area were great and the view spectacular.
