The location was great, pool & beach access was good. The deck umbrellas were average & one actually broke one evening in the wind & rain. The shower on the steps leading down to the beach didn’t work, so it was hard to wash off the sand. The downstairs AC wasn’t working one of the days, but maintenance came & got it repaired. We were without power one afternoon (area wide), so it made it difficult to shower & dress for the evening dinner reservation.It would have been nice to have a few kitchen amenities available, salt & pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap & bags. We grilled several nights so had to purchase a lot of staples needed.The golf cart was great & used it a lot going into Seaside.The bedrooms were nice, but the beds & pillows were a little uncomfortable.We still enjoyed our week & had a great family vacation.
