El pis està molt ben comunicat (metro,bus) , supermercat i llocs per a menjar pràcticament a la porta del pis, els llits molt còmodes. Allò que més destaque és el tracte personal i l’atenció del llogater.

Tots els detalls de l'apartament perfectament cuidats. Fins i tot hi havia productes essencials de menjar, neteja i higiene! Molt ben comunicat, sense estar al mig de caos turístic del centre.

Tout était parfait Appartement plein de charme, pièces spacieuses, lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée, nécessaire de toilette et de cuisine (un peu d'épicerie et gels douches/PQ) Très bien situé, beaucoup de restau, glacier très bon en bas de l'appartement, supermarchés de quartier, proche de la gare de train (direct aeroport) + tram + métro Accueil chaleureux et hôte réactif Si nous revenons ce sera ici !

Nette geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und bequemen Betten. Zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Ostiense und der Metro sowie Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie.
Es kam 2x zu einem Stromausfall, sobald ich mehr als 2 Kochfelder des Ceranfelds eingeschaltet habe. Daher konnten wir leider nicht kochen. Giuseppe sowie der Vermieter waren aber stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Auch kam es zu einer Überschwemmung durch die Klimaanlage. Hier muss der Kanister regelmäßig entleert werden. Andernfalls kommt es zu Überflutung. Alles in allem haben wir uns trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeiten dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Rom ist immer eine Reise wert.
