Appartamento bello e appena rinnovato. Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro, stazione per aeroporto, supermercati e ristoranti vari. Host disponibile e cordiale nel risolvere le problematiche

Una iniziale forte puzza, ma probabilmente veniva da fuori. Si potrebbe far più cura alla pulizia (polvere e capelli in giro), ma per il resto ok. Nonostante ci fosse un codice per accedere alle prime due porte, per la terza ci è stata data una sola tessera, che accendeva anche la casa. non poteva quindi una persona uscire e l'altra restare dentro a dormire con luci e aria condizionata (nonostante chiesto anticipatamente due chiavi) abbiamo risolto il giorno successivo, facendoci dare il codice anche della terza porta, per essere autonomi. La macchina del caffè è nel corridoio di ingresso, condivisa tra i due appartamenti, non il massimo della comodità e silenziosità per gli altri. Nulla di grave o non risolto

I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the property was on arrival. There’s plenty of space in the bedroom and the bathroom is modern - I love the shower.

L'appartamento è molto carino, nuovo, luminoso, pulito e spazioso per due persone. La doccia è spaziosa e questa cosa mi piace molto. È a 10m dalla fermata del bus e molto vicino alla stazione Ostiense dove arriva il treno regionale direttamente da Fiumicino. Il palazzo è ben tenuto e abitato da persone cordiali. Nel quartiere c'è tutto, Ostiense è una bella zona di Roma e vicina ad altri quartieri gradevoli da visitare come il Testaccio.

Il letto è un po' duro ma è una cosa soggettiva. Inoltre, c hi ha il sonno leggero fatica ad addormentarsi perché il quartiere è un po' rumoroso anche di notte. Personalmente ho avuto difficoltà solo la prima notte per il rumore.

The apartment was in a very nice location, it was easy to reach via metro or bus. The price was also very good, given the location. The host was very responsive.

Sadly, I have a lot more to say that was negative. Firstly, I'd like to note, that the issues I had with my stay might not be applicable to others, who wish to stay for 1 night (we spent 3 nights). First issue I had was finding the floor of the apartment not properly cleaned, we found dust, fair and other debris. The second problem is the lack of a vacuum cleaner, we found only brooms. Next problem is the lack of a washing machine, we had to resort to cleaning our underwear and socks in the sink, but then came another problem - there is no proper place to dry your clothes and in the bathroom there is no proper ventilation nor a heated radiator. There was also no electric kettle if you wanted to make tee or coffee easily. Also - no salt or pepper if you ever wanted to eat at the apartment. Basically - the apartment is completely empty, so bring everything you might need. Glad we at least had a few rolls of toilet paper and some soap. Moving on to sleep. The beds are lackluster, most every morning I woke up with back aches due to lack of support from the beds. Also, be prepared to hear the whole street 24/7. Closing the windows does barely anything, and there are constant sirens from police and ambulance. I might be spoiled, but we experienced non of these problems while staying with other host during our Italy trip (Venice and Florence).
