The apartment is in a fantastic location — central enough to explore Rome easily, yet away from the overly touristy areas, which made the experience feel much more authentic. The beautiful inner courtyard added a lot of charm and atmosphere. There is also a small balcony overlooking the piazza, which was a lovely touch and added even more character to the stay. The apartment itself was spotless, and the bedding and towels were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit, and there was also a washing machine available, although I didn’t end up using it. The apartment also has air conditioning and a boiler with constant hot water, which is definitely a plus, although I didn’t really need to test the AC during my stay.

As for minor things that could be improved: the apartment has a capsule coffee machine, but personally I would have loved to find a traditional Italian caffettiera for making moka coffee at home. That said, this is hardly an issue in Rome, where you can get a real espresso for around €1 in one of the many nearby cafés. Also, when I wanted to make a simple mozzarella and tomato sandwich, I realised there was no olive oil available - though this only really matters if you plan to cook in the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, light and airy with comfortable beds. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Close by there are restaurants, cafes and a little shop which is all very convenient. The kids (5and 3) slept well, as did we. Lovely place to stay for the two nights we were there.

It was loud with the windows or balcony open as it is directly on the road - although this did not disturb our sleep at all (very good double glazing).

Lovely apartment - on a busy street but very well insulated against noise! Great location for a brief stay in Rome. We walked to many sights as well as to the train station. Highly recommend...
