Apartment 4Pers - Montparnasse/St Germain

This apartment was cozy, clean and well kept. Both beds were really comfortable and its a great area with lots of cafes and boulangeries nearby. Close to subway stops and a beautiful neighboorhood to walk around, we had a great stay!

There were 4 of us, it was just a little bit small when you factor in luggage and everything, but there is closet storage, etc. that we would have made more use of had we stayed another couple of days. We were still very comfortable.

The host was very communicative.

Having to collect keys at a location away from the apartment. Even though it was a 3 minute walk from the collection point it's not ideal when you've just come off a long flight and have to stroll your luggage through a busy city and the area isn't the safest. Light in the kitchen did not work only to be told it can't be fixed until a part was ordered. Perhaps spares would help in this situation. Both bed side lamps also did not work and we had to find spare batteries and a screw driver spending 10 minutes fixing them. If I am paying for an apartment I would expect not to be fixing things after an exhausting flight. Shower also spurted out due to leak. Apartment is tiny and cluttered with too much furniture. Perhaps less furniture and a couple of racks to put our luggage on to make better use of space. We are family of 3 and once the sofa bed was made it didn't leave much room to get around and we were jumping over our suitcases to get around the apartment. One narrow cupboard space it is more suitable for a couple than a family.

Big windows helped with air supply.

The apartment looked larger in the photo than it really was. It was advertised as having 1 bedroom and 1 living room with 2 beds for 4 people, but it really was just a studio - one room only. The 4 of us were very cramped in this small space with our luggage, especially once the couch was open for sleeping.
