Stressful and unfair

Location

Not worth it!! The host did not return our full deposit, despite us leaving the apartment in perfect condition. The AC didn’t work, leaving the apartment extremely hot, and the host delayed returning the €250 deposit, initially refunding only €47 while claiming €203 for damages that we did not cause. We had timestamped photos documenting the apartment at checkout, yet the remaining refund has still not been returned. If you decide to stay here, document everything and exercise caution; based on our experience, this property is not worth the headache.

Cozy tiny place with character.

Small, yet cozy apartment. Nice window ceilings. Although must mention, that the flat is in the inner yard, surrounded by big buildings, so if you open the curtains, you see all the apartments from surrounding houses (and they see you). A bit like staying in aquarium in the zoo :) It's in the inner yard so really quiet. Kudos to the architect - managed to use every tiny bit of the place. Amazing!

Could be less stuff inside. Could be cleaned better (found few dirty items from previous visitors, not sure how long previous it went). Few of the lights didn't work. The sofa bed is really hard.

Bon séjour mais énorme problème avec Weekome pour récupérer la caution (2mois !) et après multiples appels et courriels

Son originalité et plus particulièrement sa climatisation ( car semaine de canicule)

Piles de télécommande HS ce qui au moment de l’orage vers 21h, nous a posé un gros problème pour fermer les vélux, problème que nous avons solutionné nous-mêmes. Absence d’ampoule fonctionnelle sur la mezzanine ce qui était problématique la nuit vu l’escalier de meunier 1 ampoule HS dans le cabinet de toilette.

Чудове розташування . Квартира майже в центрі, поруч декілька ліній метро, продуктовий магазин, різноманітні кафе. До Ейфелевої вежі 30 Хвилин пішки. Номер комфортний, є всі зручності, холодильник,плита, мікрохвильовка, кофе-машина, праска, пральна машина, фен. Рекомендую це помешкання, ціна і якість!
