De lokatie was top. Voor de deur parkeren en in 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Van binnen een mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan. Lekker bed. Goede instructies om binnen te komen.
De buitenkant ziet er oud en vervallen uit, maar daar merk je binnen niets van.

Todo. Las vistas son impresionantes desde el balcón. Limpieza. Casa totalmente equipada, con todo lo necesario: productos de limpieza, básicos de la cocina como aceite, sal, detergente para la lavadora… 2 ascensores. Aparcamiento justo delante del apartamento. A un paseito del centro, restaurantes y supermercado. Cama cómoda. Bonito gesto de los propietarios del piso: nos dejaron cerezas, pastelitos, agua y huevos caseros. El único pero que se le puede poner es que, en un país con un café tan maravilloso, la cafetera era tipo dolce gusto… XD
A pesar de lo que se lee en otros comentarios, a nosotros no nos pareció tan mal el portal del edificio; puede ser porque llevábamos las expectativas muy bajas.

Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf Coimbra. Auf dem Balkon lässt es sich schön sitzen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Aufzug. Der Kontakt freier Zugang zur Wohnung lief reibungslos ab. Wir hatten ein paar Willkomms-Grüße da, die uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, von Waschmaschine bis Wäscheständer und Kaffeemaschine des Kaffee und Tee, sehr gute Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage, Cafés und Restaurants direkt eine Straße weiter.
Von außen wirkt das Gebäude erst mal heruntergekommen. Das hat aber nichts zu sagen. Ich hab mich in dem Viertel jederzeit sicher gefühlt und die Wohnung ist top modern ausgestattet.

Great view, good location, walking distance to the City Center. Apartment has everything you might need except dishwasher. Parking is a big plus, though it is in the yard in front of the house and not guaranteed - first come first serve. But we were lucky to get a spot most of the times.
Property is pretty basic, design of apt is basic as well, relatively small size, old building (not historic).
