The location is excellent close enough to a market town for shopping and things but country side enough for real peace and quiet.I opened my window the first morning and was shocked at the silence and bliss of it all . The property is on a lush green farm it’s just beautiful.The hosts are so lovely helped us with our itinerary and gave us I information about north wales . The Annex was the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in , everything was spick and span . I would absolutely recommend this property, if you have a car and want to do north wales this is the best place to stay.
