Horseshoe cottage was perfect for a lovely quite get-a-way and relaxing time. The property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The surrounding area is full of wildlife and only a short car trip to lots of interesting places to visit. The added bonus of a hot tub and outside entertainment area with stunning views made it perfect for us!

Perfect cottage, so well equipped and spotlessly clean. There are amazing views from the cottage and it was great to have so much outside space, along with a hot tub.
Everything was within easy reach and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful in suggesting places to visit. We highly recommend a stay at Horseshoe Cottage and would love to return.

Our stay at Horseshoe Cottage was absolutely amazing. The scenery is beautiful – with stunning views of the mountains and even the sea. It’s peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only about 10 minutes by car to the nearest shop, which was really convenient.
The farm itself is incredible, and you can truly tell how much care, time, and love has been put into it. The pond was the cherry on top – perfect for otter spotting or simply soaking in the calm and natural beauty around you. The hot tub was also fantastic and made the stay even more special.
The hosts were genuinely the most amazing we’ve ever had. They were so kind, understanding, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond, especially when my boyfriend was poorly – helping and checking in to make sure we were okay. We felt so cared for and really well looked after. We honestly couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent hosts who cared about guests' comfort and contentment - including the provision of a troop of gymnastic and entertaining sheep!. The accommodation was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, overall. There are also splendid views of mountains and sea.
Not a lot, really. Some more information about, and control over heating/temperature would be helpful, as autumn and winter sets in.
