Excellent location, spacious two bedroom apartment with separate living room with comfortable couch and dining area. Modern furniture and facilities. Great host, very responsive. Large own parking space in underground garage (even larger car fits, we rented Nissan Qashqai). Two elevators in building. The apartment is top floor, very quiet, we couldn’t hear neighbours at all. The balcony has chairs and outdoor table and is more spacious then visible on pictures. Also extra plus is a separate area for washing machine and clothes rack right next to kitchen that has separate window, so clothes can dry fast.

The windows are unfortunately not the best quality, they do not have proper insulation and not three layered, which means the noise cancellation is not as good from outside (car traffic, heavier windy weather can be heard a bit, especially late evening). This is not the host’s fault, as the whole building is quite newly built and all apartments have these types of windows.

Appartement super bien placé près du centre, de la mer et beaucoup de restaurant et épicerie proche. Près aussi du début du Levada de Funchal. Très bien équipé dans la cuisine , sel,poivre , épice. 2 salles de bain ainsi qu’un lave linge avec un étendoir. Pouvoir s’assoir sur la galerie est un must. Porte patio dans la chambre et salon. Stationnement intérieur.
