If going to beach and enjoying the awesome weather of Madeira Island is what you wish for, then look no further! The apartments´ spacious balconies with stunning views to Funchal and the Atlantic are perfect for celebrating great moments in the island! Equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed, this studio is ideal for a holiday with plenty of sea and sun bathing. The building has a swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as a parking lot.
The spacious balconies have views over the city and the sea. The swimming pool welcomes you for a dip on hotter days. Please note that this is a common area of the building.
This apartment has all the amenities for your holiday to be a calming and relaxing one! If you plan to rent a car, parking space will be available for you at the condominium’s parking lot. Internet access will be provided.
- Please let us know if you need a baby crib.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance.
- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
- Check-in after 10pm:
10pm to 00h: 20€ | 00h to 2am: 30€
-We love to make our guests feel at home! Please respect the neighbours and avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Casa Branca
Casa Branca is the perfect place to stay when in Madeira.
The top floor with 2 large balconies is perfect with lots of sun and great views. Good beds and good equipment in the kitchen.
Several good restaurants and pubs close by. A small grocery store is also where you get the most necessary.
We will be happy to come again.

Small apartment with two balconies on top floor, great views!! We liked the location, lots of restaurants nearby plus a Spar for groceries. Easy walk into Funchal. However, the throws on the beds need replacing as they are well worn. Shower attachment is broken so can’t attach shower head. Door from main bedroom to balcony can’t be locked and outer door is warped so it can’t be closed properly, this left the property open at all times which we wouldn’t have worried about except that there was a connecting door to neighbouring balcony. Overall not a bad stay but wouldn’t stay here again. Our dealings with Joana and Jackie (trip to Portugal) were excellent, they were prompt to answer any questions and organised car hire and day trip. Top marks to them
