La Brezza del Lago

Apartamentul este situat în centrul orașului, lângă lac, aproape de restaurante și magazine. Gazda este minunată, ne-a oferit tot suportul necesar, ne-a dat informații utile, ne-a contactat să se intereseze cum ne simțim. La sosire am găsit în frigider pentru noi o sticlă de Prosecco și apă. Apartamentul are toată dotările necesare, inclusiv răcire prin pardoseală (absolut necesară, vremea fiind caniculară). Gazda a pus la dispoziție un loc de parcare într-o parcare subterană la 10 minute distanță. La sosire am fost așteptați de gazdă la parcare care ne-a condus la apartament. Poziționarea centrală a apartamentului ne-a fost utilă să explorăm orașul pe jos.

Ar fi utili niște papuci de interior întrucât răcirea este prin pardoseală.

L’atencio del Giovanni es fantástica, ens va ajudar en tot. L’apartament está en una situacio perfecte, al centre antic i a un minut del llac. Els llits son de 10, es dorm molt be tan al llit com al sofá llit, aixo per nosaltres es molt important sobretot perque hi vam estar una setmana. L’apartament te un sistema per mantindre sempre la temperatura perfecte, al primer moment et pot sembla una mica fred pero quan surts al carrer i tornes está l’apartament a una temperatura ideal per relaxarte i descansar. Tot está molt net. Els tancaments son de molt bona qualitat i tot hi que estas a un carrer ple de restaurants i botigues no sents ni un soroll. Si tornem a Riva segur que tornem a la Brezza del Lago.

Normally, if everything is fine, I don’t leave a review. For me, it takes something exceptional to make me write one—and this place definitely was. We arrived late in the evening with two toddlers and a lot of luggage. Although the parking lot is only about a 7-minute walk from the apartment, the heavy rain and the late hour made the situation challenging. What impressed me most was that the host met us at the parking lot and offered us a transfer after noticing that we were traveling with small children. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our arrival much easier. The apartment also had several nice surprises: toys for the kids, cooking oil, salt, and even macarons. These may seem like small things, but they are exactly what separates good hospitality from exceptional hospitality. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. De ligging centraal, midden in het centrum, een groot appartement, wel goed gerenoveerd appartement. Mooie en gezellige vakantie plek.

De vloer was erg stoffig, maar het was niet te zien, wel merkten we op onze slippers, bedekten vol met stof, het systeem van de ac is slecht, werkt heel langzaam, keuken is oud, gebruikt nog gas dat de kamer warm wordt. Als we ramen open deden, gaat de ac vanzelf uit (normaal), zodra we de ramen dicht deden, gaat de ac uren lang niet genoeg de kamer wat koeler maken. Giovani heeft ons verweten dat we de ramen open deden, geen ramen open voelden we ons als in de gevangenis. Voor de keuken kregen we geen setje waar schuim en keukendoek inzetten, er is geen vaatwasser wel een rek voor natte borden die heel hoog staat. De was was moeilijk droog, Giovani was een aardige man maar hij kon niet tegen kritiek, zijn attitude toen ik alles vertelde, maakte mij boos, want hij antwoordde met schouder om hoog : I don' t know I don' t know terwijl hij voor dat appartement werkt.
