Clean and tidy, modern, new building and appliances. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, he immediately replied to any and all questions. It was really easy to check in and out.
There was a dishwasher but no pods we could use which made it unusable, the same thing goes for the coffee machine - there were no espresso shots we could use to make the coffee so we had no use of the coffee machine. The location was underwhelming, there were many homeless people and it was scary walking around at night.

It would have been better if there had been a video showing how to open the safe because we had to enter the password and we couldn't open the door and take the key.
Not servicing the rooms at least once a week and not charging for toiletries
