Mieszkanie w nowym budownictwie, przestronne. Klimatyzacja
Małe wyposażenie kuchni, brakowało patelni, i podstawowych elementów przydatnych do gotowania. Brak zmiotki i szufelki. Miło by było gdyby była solniczka, pieprzniczka

Az apartmann csendes nyugis helyen van és közel volt a belváros és a látványosságok. A parkolás könnyen és biztonságosan megoldott a mélygarázsban. Ár-érték arányban megfelelő.
A lakás takaritása elég felületes. (ablakok koszosak, pókháló sokfelé, tiszta törölköző hiány...) Klíma csak az egyik szobában volt ami nem hűtött be a hálóba. A családi apartmannál minimum egy franciaágy elvárás lenne, nem két egyszemélyes. A berendezés és a felszereltség elég kezdetleges.(retrós műszálas ágynemű, nyikorgó ágyak, a sötételő függöny nem sokat ér, már 6 órakor besütött rajta a nap, mosógép van, csak mósószer és öblítő nincs...)
