Breakfast was lovely.the place spotless.Sandra and Adrian were excellent hosts .nothing too much trouble.will certainly go again.

Such lovely hosts, very welcoming after a long bike ride, kindly offered to make a supper for us on arrival. Exceptionally helpful, lovely modest room with a comfy bed and excellent bath/shower. This is an ideal stopover in Stockton where options are limited. You will not go wrong here.

Amazing place very coasy, everything what you would need was there even your own slippers and robe waiting for you. Good tv, good size bed loads of pillows and even a spare blanket. Got some goodies and even jellybeans as a treat. Amazingly good breakfast coming from Premier inn I could finally have food beacon. That's not all the host even went out of their way and cooked a great food for me so I didn't have to drive out again.
This is one is one of the rare stays I have nothing to dislike it was all smooth and made me feel like I was part of their family.
