Traditional Slovenian house

Our host was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, greeting us with locally sourced drinks and homemade herb lemonade. The property was stocked with all basic supplies for cooking and cleaning. The garden is beautifully kept with flowers, fruit trees and delightful views, and nature walks starting right around the corner. The location is ideal—just 10 minutes from the motorway and an hour's drive from Ljubljana, Logarska Dolina and Velenje Beach, with a supermarket and a great pizza place in the Vransko village nearby. A wonderful bonus was sitting down one evening for a drink while the host and her neighbor showed up with five horses!

There were no dislikes for us, but the word 'traditional Slovenian House' is very accurate—the property has a genuinely real, basic, and rustic feel to it and so do the facilities. This might not suit someone looking for all modern luxuries. We think it all fits the authentic character of the house and the surrounding nature and farms perfectly.

Fantastic location and amazing views, truly in nature. Host Andrea was amazing and very hospitable. We stayed in the ground floor apartment of the home which had all the facilities required and was very comfortable. Plenty of cooking utensils etc . Will definitely be returning. Thank you
