La sympathie de la personne à l'accueil. La taille des chambres (nous étions 5 et nous aurions tres bien bien pu nous contenter d'une seule chambre de 4 vue que le lit double est tres grand). Les ventilateurs mis a disposition gratuitement. Le tres grand parking
Je trouve que demander 20€ par chambre pour l'option climatisation ce n'est pas professionnel. Le petit dejeuner est tres basique et il faut en plus spécifier précisément le créneau horaire que l'on souhaite car la salle est petite (dans notre cas nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de choix). La personne au petit dejeuner gagnerait a etre plus souriante et avenante avec les clients.

Sympathie du personnel. Superficies des pièces. Pour les fumeurs, la possibilité d’accès facile à l'extérieur depuis l'appartement. Stationnement à proximité du lieu de résidence.
Petit déjeuné minimaliste. Chaque boisson chaude supplémentaire est payante. Cela s'applique aussi à la piscine dont le prix d'entrée est fixé à 5€ par personne et ne permet même pas de recevoir des amis venus de l'extérieur de l'établissement.
